I finally ended up at The University of Tampa after chasing my wife. I went to three different universities while running this business. However, you can now catch my wife and I going through The Office episodes like it’s the first time, or tearing up to This Is US every time. Boy Meets World taught me some of the most valuable lessons in life. That being said, Linkin Park will forever be my go to. I enjoy all genres of music, from the sweet pop sounds of Enrique Iglesias, to the fast beat sing alongs of Have Heart. Red Bulls often get me through long editing days in front of the computer. He who says he can and he who says he can’t are both usually right.
Sure, the whole midnight premier has vanished (sad face), but watching it any other time is not an option. I have a serious obsession with watching movies on opening night. I had spent the day with some new friends, and something told me I had to stick around until the end of the night. I met my wife during my undergrad on a night that I was supposed to be at work. With all of that being said, if you’re going to hire photographer, why not choose someone that will not only deliver great images, but an unforgettable experience too?
I mean it, let’s become friends during this process! If you have any questions through out this journey, I’m here for you! Do you want to have someone’s opinion about where the light will be better during your ceremony so that it’s not blinding during your vows, or some tips about how to approach the timeline of the day to ensure we don’t feel rushed during getting ready or couple portraits? Even if it has nothing to do with photos, I want to help whether that’s giving you input on dresses, florals, or decor. I want to keep it real that I’m a genuine guy with a camera that has a great passion for capturing happy moments! There are a vast number of photographers out there on Instagram that can take a good picture and capture a good story, but I truly want you to feel like I'm a close friend that you can trust, accompanying and guiding you through one of the most important moments of your lives. It’s those little things that I love coming back to after a long week away from them during prime wedding season.Īnyways, so why share all of this with you? I think it's extremely important that you are able to get a better representation of who I am as an individual. We could be sitting on the couch at home using our mushroom power boosts while we play Mario Kart (Kai's current go-to), enjoying the latest “This Is Us” episode while our souls are desperately trying to contain themselves from filling our living room with tears, or exploring some of nature's wonders while we try and stay fit due to all the sitting we have to do in front of our computer screens (My wife is a freelance graphic designer). They fill me with life and great joy, no matter what we're doing. That’s where I spend my time away from weddings. My life companions are the ones you see below on those scrolling images. My wife Jessica, son Kai, and I live in our cute little starter home in East Nashville, close to all the best music venues, good coffee shops, and downtown hot spots. I’ve made this place home with my family, and I love what this place stands for. And for me, that means that I’m always chasing new opportunities.įast forward, I'm a blessed 28 year old wedding photographer from Mexico City, currently based in Nashville, TN. I'm a big believer in that if you want something you've never had, you have to be willing to do something you've never done. But, we will save that one for another time. Basically, I tend to stay busy around the clock year around. The guy that is cheesin' extra hard, sitting in that perfect picturesque moment on those sweet rocks, is me. This was taken back in San Diego after a sleepless 27 hours in-between Georgia, Tennessee, and California - a crazy adventure that involves a couple session in Atlanta in the pouring rain and flying to Los Angeles to prep for an amazing wedding and road trip with some good friends.
